Store Policies


  • Orders for in stock items placed before 3pm CST Monday through Friday will be packaged and shipped within 48 hours (probably sooner). Orders placed after 3pm CST will ship within 72 hours.
  • Please allow two weeks delivery time for made-to-order items. If your timeline is shorter than two weeks, please email me! If my schedule permits I will happily bump up fabrication time.
  • All shipping is handled via USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number and insurance. There is no easy way to calculate postage with this particular shopping cart platform, but please know any postage overcharge will be refunded to you prior to shipping! You can always email me prior to placing your order for an estimate if there is a concern.
  • International orders will be invoiced for any additional postage fees that arise. If your country is not yet listed as a location I ship to, please email me and I will add you to my shipping locations.
  • You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your postage and shipping label are generated.


  • For in stock items - if you wish to return your purchase, please email me within 48 hours of receiving your order. You will be responsible for return postage with tracking to me. Once the return arrives to me your payment method will be refunded original postage charged.
  • For made-to-order and special order items - returns will be considered on a case by case basis for special orders and made-to-order items. Unfortunately, if items are personalized they cannot be returned.


  • Please rest assured that I will protect your personal information as if it were my own. I will not share any of your contact information with anyone.
  • Paypal will keep your credit card and or bank account information secure. I do not have access to any of your payment information. Paypal notifies me when they have collected payment on my behalf.
